This time, We have Google AdWords and Google Analytics One-Day Workshop for Startups, SME's
Join us & Learn how to use AdWords to drive hot prospects to your website and Analytics to find out all about your website visitors.

Workshop Objectives:

Google+ Launches +Post Action on Display Network Ads

A good news for the consumers and vendors who advertise their service/products through Google Ads. Google+ introduce a new way to monetize its social platform to drive more traffic across the web. With a new way called "+Post" feature to promote in the social hub.

Simply saying that, Google+ had added a new feature to Display Networks Ads with +Post to increase your social presence. The concept is same as like what you used in social networks. Instead of ads showing on Google+ network,they will be shown on Google's Display Network, which drives the users back to their Google+ profile pages.

Google announces in this way...
+Post ads amplify your brand’s content by easily turning Google+ posts into display ads that run across the web. The live, social ad format allows you to go beyond clicks to live conversations with your audience. People can join a Hangout On Air, add a comment, follow your brand or give a +1, right from an ad.
Google used Toyota's testimonial for the following promo video, where you can see Toyota increase its customers through +Post feature on Display Networks.


According to Google, the +Post is same as regular post in Google+, allows users to engage with directly from Ad.
Ads become more relevant with social context. Comments, +1s, and shares from friends can move people to engage with your ad. Social actions on ads and Google+ add up together, showing the full picture of engagement with your content. +Post ads expand in a lightbox to bring full screen social creatives across the web.
The AdAge describe about charges occur when an user "mouse hover on Ad for 2 seconds", which expands on the screen.

Social advertising model supports for what Google been preaching for time. The Zero moment of truth, when a bran delivers what the user needs.

This idea helps to Google+, because normally the users who click on Ad may not go to the company's Google+ page. So in coming days, +Post drive more traffic to Google+ pages through Display Networks also.

+Post Ads are current;y under beta version. I mean for a limited set of Adwords advertisers only the +Post is in use. Let us wait for the complete feature of +Post Ad feature on Google Display Networks.

New Google Adwords Keyword Planner- Keyword Tool has Expired

Few days later. Google announces to close external Ad keyword tool. If you search for Keyword tool in Google, it is replaced and redirected yo Keyword Planner Tool, a new method/tool to estimate the keywords.

Previously, all can access the tool without logging into their accounts, but for a new Keyword planner tool it is mandatory to login into your existing or creating new account.

Changes Occured After Introducing Keyword Planner

No Match Type Data
Keyword matches like Broad, Exact, Phrase are not existed in Keyword Tool. You can get only exact match volume form this. To know other match types, you must add the keyword idea into your account.

For examples if search for Iron Man 3, you get the same information (data) on all Exact, Broad and Phrase keywords. But, here you can estimate the traffic considering like no: of click, cost etc.

Device Estimator
By this new Keyword Planner, you get specific keywords and visitors happened from devices like desktops, mobile, tablets etc. It is calculated based on average no: of visitors coming from the related devices. Google announces that it is working on this feature.

Local & Global Search Volume
Here after you can't estimate what is is local search and global searches for your keyword. These 2 columns are merged and replaced to Average monthly searches. You can get data specific for entire country, state, city and location etc form Keyword Planner. Note: You can still get Global monthly searches

Ad Share
This has been replaced to new column called "Ad impression share", to know all the potential impressions happened for a particular keyword.

Google Search Network
This column is replaced by network option with in the targeting settings. To get the entire search network data and information click on option called "Google and search partners" from the wizard.

Search Share- This is permanently expired/retired.

Approx CPC (Search)
Previously you get the approximate CPC for particular keyword in search network. But here, it has replaced this with Avg. CPC. You can get more accurate details from average Cost-Per-Click which you had previously get from Approx. CPC.

Local Search Trends
This column is expired in Keyword Planner, Of course, you can still get this information from Local Monthly Searches. You can get the search volume trends by downloading the historical statistics from Keyword Planner.

More Benefits by Linking Your Analytics & Adwords Accounts

It has announced official that linking of Google Analytics and Adwords Accounts for more user friendly. If you had problem in linking with your Analytics and Adwords, you had a great news. In next coming weeks all analytics acounts are easily link up with your Google Adwords Account.

By logging into Admin panel of your Analytics, you can link your two accounts together. On other hand,in account panel of your Adwords, click the word linking in account column. And then click on adwords linking in order to link up your accounts.

There has been more issues with Advertisers linking their accounts, if they operate multiple Google Analytics accounts. But linking between Adwords and webmaster tools is unchanged.

Along with US, Google anlytics account of all other countries get this linking feature.

New Image Results for Google Adwords

Google Ads Product Manger Awaneesh Verma posted that they are going to introduce new features in ads.
Images are going to be displayed on Google Search Ads.

At present we are seeing the author images for Google Ads, now in addition to it we can see images alone with ads. These images on search Engine page can draw attention from the users, the results with images may attract users to click and view those images. So these type of search with images may add more to their business.

This is the example for this new feature. If a user search Sydney Hotels", they you can see like these images with Ads.

A user show their business or location images along with their Ads on SERP. Users want to request the Ad-words team for this new feature. At present, Image Ads will implemented on English queries with a beta version.

Any of interested can request the Ad-words team by filling a Image Ad-words Request Form.
